Return Policy
We are confident that you will love our artwork, but if you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@kushwahaartist or call us at +91 8858222987. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Please note:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The item should be returned in its original packaging
• Invoice copy must be included
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or engraved artworks are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are specially made for each customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Cancellation
We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Once the artwork process has started or the product is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund.
• Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method
If your refund is delayed beyond 14 working days, please contact us at contact@kushwahaartist and we will resolve it at the earliest.
Shipping Charges
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective
